Scentsy Story
Hi, I’m Robert — and this is my journey. I joined Scentsy in 2017 because I fell in love with the products, but over the years it’s become so much more than that. Scentsy has been a source of community, confidence, and support through some of the biggest challenges in my life. After losing my mom in 2010, I began a major weight‑loss journey and dropped 100 lbs. In 2019, I faced congestive heart failure and A‑Fib, which led to disability and a complete reset of my life. At my highest weight of 577 lbs, I wasn’t able to receive the heart surgery I needed — so I made a life‑changing decision. I had gastric sleeve surgery on March 27, 2022, followed by a heart ablation a year later. Today, I’m continuing my journey at 366 lbs and working with my doctors on GLP‑1 medication to keep moving forward. In December 2023, I started my first full‑time job with Rowley’s Hamburgers as an Assistant Manager in Dayton, Ohio. After a lot of hard work, I earned my promotion and officially became a General Manager on August 5th, 2025, running the Milford, Ohio store in the Cincinnati market. When corporate sold that market in early 2026, I chose to stay with the company and transferred back to my original Dayton store, where I proudly serve as GM today. My Scentsy journey has grown right alongside me. I’ve attended SFR every year from 2022–2026, welcomed my first team member, reached over 30,000 PRV, and earned my first incentive — For the Love of Warmer. Scentsy has given me friendships, purpose, and a community that has supported me through every step. I’m grateful for my upline, Cheryl Browder, and my director, Bridgette Simon, and for everyone who has been part of my story. I’m still growing, still learning, and still moving forward — and I’m thankful you’re here with me.
